Role Description The Interior Site Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves conducting regular inspections of interior projects to ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet Decorpot’s quality standards and design specifications.

The Interior Site

Inspector will monitor project progress, verify adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and document findings through detailed reports and checklists. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with designers, project managers, and contractors, identifying and resolving site issues, and ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are maintained. The role also requires explicit communication with stakeholders and proactive follow-up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interior site inspection and quality control skills,



including the ability to assess finishes, materials, and workmanship against design and specification requirements.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and documentation skills, such as site reporting, checklist management, and tracking of issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including basic understanding of civil, electrical, carpentry, and painting activities relevant to residential and commercial interiors.
- Candidates should possess safety and compliance awareness, including familiarity with site safety practices, regulatory standards, and adherence to company guidelines and local building norms.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients on site.
- Candidates should possess time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize inspections, handle multiple sites, and address issues promptly and constructively.
- Relevant experience in interior site inspection, interior project execution, or quality assurance in the interior design or construction industry is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software).
