Responsibilities

- Develop interior concepts, layouts and design plans.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space planning and 3D visualization.
- Produce technical drawings and working details in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Source and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor.
- Make site visits to monitor progress, quality control and resolve on-site challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients for design presentations and feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations in interior architecture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of rendering software like Lumion/Enscape is a plus.
- Robust design sensibility with attention to detail and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
