We are looking for an experienced Interior Production Manager to manage and control the complete production process for modular interior and furniture projects.

The candidate will be responsible for production planning, factory operations, manpower management, material planning, machine utilization, quality control, production timelines, vendor coordination, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, customized furniture, panel-based furniture manufacturing, hardware, and interior production processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Scheduling

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Prepare production schedules based on approved projects and delivery timelines.
- Review BOQs, approved designs, and production drawings before manufacturing.
- Prioritize production according to project deadlines and site requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.

Modular Interior ProductionManage production of:
- Modular Kitchens
- Modular Wardrobes
- TV Units
- Crockery Units
- Bedroom Furniture
- Beds & Bed Back Panels
- Pooja Units
- Storage Units
- Office Furniture
- Customized Furniture

Factory & Team Management
- Manage production supervisors, carpenters, machine operators, helpers, and factory staff.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor worker productivity and attendance.
- Set daily production targets and monitor achievement.
- Train employees on production processes and quality standards.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping within the production facility.

Machine & Production Process Management
- Manage production machinery and workflow efficiently.
- Coordinate operations involving:
- Panel Saw
- Edge Bander
- CNC, where applicable
- Drilling Machines
- Other woodworking machinery




- Monitor machine utilization and downtime.
- Coordinate machine maintenance and repairs.
- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays.

Quality Control
- Ensure all products are manufactured according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections at different production stages.
- Check dimensions, cutting accuracy, edge banding, finishing, alignment, hardware fitting, and assembly.
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Minimize rework, rejection, and production-related site complaints.

Material & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams for timely material availability.
- Plan material requirements according to production schedules.
- Monitor consumption of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, hardware, adhesives, fittings, and accessories.
- Control material wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Report shortages and material requirements in advance.

Drawing & Design Coordination
- Coordinate with the Interior Design and 2D Drawing teams.
- Ensure the production team receives the latest approved drawings.
- Clarify technical and production-related drawing issues before manufacturing.
- Ensure production matches approved designs, dimensions, and specifications.
- Identify design errors before production begins.

Dispatch & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers regarding production completion dates.
- Inspect finished products before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing,



labelling, and loading of materials.
- Plan dispatch according to site readiness and installation schedules.
- Coordinate with installation teams regarding material requirements.
- Minimize missing, damaged, or incorrect materials at site.

Vendor & Outsourcing Management
- Manage external production vendors and subcontractors where required.
- Monitor vendor quality, timelines, pricing, and delivery.
- Ensure outsourced work meets company standards.
- Maintain solid relationships with reliable production partners.

Cost & Productivity Control
- Monitor production costs and labour efficiency.
- Reduce material wastage and unnecessary production expenses.
- Improve manpower utilization.
- Track production output against planned targets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain production MIS and performance reports.
