Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Technical Sales role based in New Delhi. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable AI, IoT, Robotics, and Drone solutions.

The Inside Technical

Sales professional will conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, respond to technical queries, and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions. Daily tasks include working closely with the technical and support teams, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems,



and providing proactive customer communication. The role also requires collaborating with marketing to support campaigns and contribute feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and handle customer interactions effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities to understand product features, troubleshoot basic issues, and explain solutions clearly.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with AI, IoT, Robotics, or Drone technologies, or a strong willingness and ability to learn these domains.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with CRM tools, inside sales environments, basic data analysis, and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
