Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are a growing real estate firm backed by 25+ years of experience in the NCR market. We market and sell residential projects across Bahadurgarh and nearby areas, including our own projects and projects from partner developers. We're building an in-house sales team in Gurgaon and are looking for confident telecallers who can turn enquiries into site visits.

What you'll do

- Call new leads from our ads and property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) quickly, ideally within minutes of the enquiry
- Understand each client's budget, location preference and requirements
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and location advantages clearly
- Schedule site visits and confirm them with clients a day before and on the day
- Follow up regularly with interested clients until they decide
- Update every call, status and follow-up in the CRM accurately
- Coordinate with the site visit team in Bahadurgarh so every scheduled client is attended to




- Share daily call and site visit numbers with the manager

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or customer-facing roles. Real estate experience is preferred, and candidates from hospitality (front office, reservations, guest relations, banquet sales) are welcome.
- Fluent in Hindi with positive working English
- Confident, polite and persuasive on the phone
- Comfortable making 100+ calls a day and handling rejection
- Organised, with the discipline to follow up on time
- Basic computer skills; experience with a CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of the Bahadurgarh or West Delhi property market is a plus
