Key Responsibilities

- Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations
- Following up with customers and converting enquiries into orders
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams
- Preparing commercial offers and supporting sales activities
