Role: Manager – Insurance Empanelment

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–8 Years

CTC Offered: 5-6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Drive empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporates
- Handle end-to-end empanelment: documentation, negotiation & onboarding
- Manage insurer/TPA relationships and resolve escalations
- Negotiate tariffs/packages ensuring profitability
- Coordinate with billing, finance & operations for smooth cashless processes
- Track renewals, compliance, and maintain empanelment database

Requirements

- Graduate (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred)
- 5–8 years in hospital insurance empanelment / TPA handling
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Positive understanding of cashless, pre-auth & claims process

Preferred

- Experience in oncology / tertiary care hospitals
- Existing network with insurers & TPAs
