Moe Puppy is looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team!

Location: Gurgaon

Role: Inside Sales Executive – B2B

Experience: 1–3 Years

Preferred Industry: FMCG, Pet Industry

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify, contact, and qualify B2B leads including pet grooming salons, pet stores, veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, and distributors.

- Make outbound calls and conduct product pitches based on each prospect's business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing B2B customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant Moe Puppy products.
- Handle objections related to pricing, existing suppliers, product suitability, and purchase timing.
- Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other appropriate channels.
- Convert qualified leads into new B2B accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
- Share catalogues, quotations, price lists, samples, and other sales material when required.




- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Track customer feedback, competitor activity, and market insights.
- Maintain post-sale communication and identify repeat-order and cross-selling opportunities.

- CRM: Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Target Orientation: Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and find practical solutions.
