Role DescriptionSunsysTechsol is looking for an enthusiastic and technology-oriented Information Technology Intern to support the team in various IT and technology-related activities.

The intern will gain practical exposure to IT operations, troubleshooting, software and systems, digital platforms, technical documentation, and technology projects while working remotely with the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical activities.
- Support basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with website, software, and digital platform testing.
- Support software installation, configuration, and basic maintenance.
- Assist with basic network and system-related activities.
- Monitor and report technical issues under supervision.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources.
- Assist in managing IT-related data and records.
- Research emerging technologies, tools, and IT solutions.
- Follow standard IT security,



confidentiality, and data-protection practices.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and project discussions.
- Complete assigned technical tasks within defined timelines.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BCA, B.Sc.

Computer

Science, B.Tech/BE, MCA, Diploma in IT

, or a related program.
- Basic understanding of Information Technology and computer systems.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems such as Windows/Linux is beneficial.
- Understanding of networking and basic troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow organizational processes.
