Role Description The Information Technology Infrastructure Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and related systems to ensure reliable and secure operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT operations, monitoring system performance, coordinating upgrades and patches, and leading incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Operations, with experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, access control, and security monitoring.
- Hands-on System Administration skills for servers, operating systems (Linux/Windows), virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Advanced Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with DevOps and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with automation tools for infrastructure management.
- Ability to lead and mentor IT teams, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with engineering and security stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on reliability, uptime, and service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS/Azure) are an advantage.
