Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation for multiple IT initiatives. The coordinator will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, support project planning, and assist in resource allocation.

Key tasks include monitoring timelines and deliverables, identifying risks or issues, and communicating updates to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.



The role also involves facilitating meetings, preparing status reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and task tracking.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Information Technology concepts and familiarity with software and IT services environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify risks, and support problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
