Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain and develop a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.





Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/internal systems.

Meet individual and team recruitment targets related to submissions, interviews, and closures.

Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Stay updated on current technology trends, talent availability, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.

Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Salesforce, and other IT technologies.

Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
