Key Responsibilities
Install and configure software on employee laptops.
Remotely connect with employees to configure and troubleshoot laptops.
Conduct regular IT asset audits and maintain asset records.
Track laptop and IT equipment allocation, handover, and returns.
Provide basic remote IT support for hardware/software issues.
Assist with system updates, security patches, and configurations.
Maintain IT trackers and documentation.
Coordinate with employees to resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the IT team.
