? We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Manager — D2C Brands

Acetech E-commerce Ltd is an NSE-listed e-commerce company building D2C brands across cosmetics, supplements, women’s wellness and men’s wellness.

The Role

You’ll lead influencer marketing end-to-end across multiple brands — campaign planning, budgets, creator selection, negotiations, execution and performance.

You’ll also manage Influencer Marketing Executives who support outreach, dispatch, follow-ups and tracking.

You must be comfortable working professionally on intimate wellness categories.

What You’ll Do

- Plan monthly influencer calendars and budgets
- Shortlist and vet nano, micro and macro creators
- Negotiate barter, paid and hybrid collaborations
- Manage creator agencies and high-value deals
- Guide Influencer Marketing Executives
- Oversee dispatch, timelines, drafts and revisions
- Ensure content goes live with correct tags, links, codes and usage rights
- Track cost per video, cost per view and creator-led sales
- Scale high-performing creators and partnerships
- Build a strong creator and agency network
- Share top-performing content with the performance marketing team

Must-Have





- 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience
- D2C / e-commerce campaign experience
- Personally negotiated and closed creator deals
- Managed 30+ creators per month and campaign budgets
- Experience guiding juniors, interns or a small team
- Strong Hindi and English communication
- Comfortable working on-site in Thane

Preferred

- Beauty, personal care, supplements or wellness experience
- Existing creator / agency network
- Experience with UGC and whitelisted / partnership ads
- Understanding of usage rights, deliverables and creator contracts

- Your experience is only as a creator, in PR, celebrity management or events
- You have no D2C / e-commerce influencer experience
- You want remote / hybrid work
- You are uncomfortable with intimate wellness categories

Compensation Based on current CTC, experience and industry standards.
