Job Title : Manager – IT Infrastructure | Linux/RHEL

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with solid expertise in Linux/RHEL administration to lead infrastructure operations in a high-availability production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Linux/RHEL and Windows server infrastructure
- Ensure 24×7 availability and smooth production operations
- Handle server patching, upgrades, incidents and change management
- Manage Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity activities
- Oversee Data Centre, Storage, SAN, RAID and server infrastructure
- Coordinate with Network, Security, Database and Application teams
- Manage OEM/vendor coordination and infrastructure lifecycle




- Lead and manage infrastructure teams and shift operations
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness and adherence to SOPs

Key Requirements:

- 14+ years of relevant IT Infrastructure experience
- Strong hands-on experience with RHEL/Linux
- Experience in Data Centre / Production Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Backup, DR/BCP, Storage and Servers
- Experience managing infrastructure teams
- BFSI, Banking, Broking, Stock/Commodity Exchange or IT/ITES experience preferred
- RHCE/RHCSA certification will be an advantage
