About the Role

We are looking for an Information Security (Infosec) Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support our information security, compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ISO 27000 standards, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Licensing Agreements (LA), and information security processes. The candidate should be willing to learn and grow in the Infosec and GRC domain.

Key Responsibilities

Support implementation and maintenance of Information Security policies, procedures, and controls.

Assist in activities related to ISO 27000/ISO 27001 standards and compliance.

Support GRC activities, including governance, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and documentation.

Assist in maintaining and updating information security processes and documentation.

Handle and coordinate various Infosec-related processes and activities.

Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and closure of identified gaps.

Maintain necessary records, evidence, reports, and compliance documentation.

Develop an understanding of Licensing Agreements (LA) and support related activities.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to security policies and processes.

Stay updated on information security, compliance, and risk-management practices.

Willingness to learn and take up additional responsibilities within the Infosec & GRC function.

Key Skills & Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Information Security / GRC / IT Compliance.

Knowledge of ISO 27000 / ISO 27001 standards.

Basic understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

Knowledge of Licensing Agreements (LA).

Experience in handling information security processes and documentation.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Willingness to work and learn in the GRC domain.

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet timelines.

Certifications

Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
