Job Title: Influencer Marketing & Celebrity Sourcing Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing & Celebrity Sourcing qualified to join our PR agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer sourcing, celebrity sourcing, campaign execution, negotiations, coordination and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and shortlist relevant influencers, content creators and celebrities based on client briefs, target audience, category and budget.
- Handle celebrity sourcing for brand requirements, including identifying relevant celebrities, stylists, talent managers and agencies.
- Manage influencer and celebrity outreach, negotiations, commercials, deliverables and coordination.
- Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing to content approvals, posting and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, celebrities, talent managers, celebrity stylists and agencies.
- Identify suitable celebrity and influencer opportunities for clients across campaigns, shoots, events,



appearances and collaborations.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, social media trends, creators, celebrities and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Track campaign deliverables, performance and budgets and prepare campaign reports.
- Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Celebrity Management, Talent Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the influencer and celebrity ecosystem.
- Excellent sourcing, research, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently identify and approach relevant influencers, celebrities, stylists and talent managers.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work within deadlines and budgets.
