Role Description The Influencer Marketing & Management Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and researching relevant creators, managing outreach and communication, and assisting with onboarding and relationship building. The intern will help coordinate campaign briefs, track deliverables, monitor content performance, and maintain databases of influencers and brand partners.





Additional tasks may involve supporting social media marketing activities, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for effective outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, including creator discovery, campaign coordination, and understanding of the creator economy.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, such as platform knowledge, content trends awareness, and basic analytics understanding.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and support in closing brand collaborations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in digital marketing, internet culture, and community-building within the creator ecosystem.
- Comfort working in office in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
