About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Land & Warehouse Sales Specialist to drive sales of our existing Industrial Land & Warehouse (L&W;) inventory. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of industrial real estate and the ability to identify potential buyers, generate enquiries, conduct site visits, negotiate, and successfully close transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of company-held Industrial Land & Warehouse inventory.
- Generate and develop leads from investors, corporates, industrialists, developers, HNIs, and business owners.
- Understand buyer requirements including location, plot size, budget, connectivity, usage, and investment objectives.
- Present suitable industrial land and warehouse options from the available inventory.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and follow-ups to achieve successful closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and channel partners.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, legal,



commercial terms, and transaction closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industrial real estate demand, market pricing, and buyer trends.

Requirements

- 2–7 years of experience in Industrial Real Estate, Land Sales, Warehouse Sales, Commercial Real Estate, or Real Estate Brokerage.
- Proven track record in selling industrial land, plots, warehouses, or commercial properties.
- Strong network among investors, industrialists, corporates, developers, and HNIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR industrial real estate market will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and highly driven towards achieving sales closures.
