Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Garment/Apparel Industry preferred)

Qualification: B.E / M.E - Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency
- Implement lean manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives
- Monitor line balancing and production flow
- Analyze manpower utilization and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for smooth operations
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Evaluate factory layout and recommend changes for optimal efficiency
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present reports to management

Desired Skills:

- Solid knowledge of IE tools and techniques
- Proficiency in productivity analysis and line setting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to ERP/MIS tools is an added advantage
