About the Role:

- Direct experience working with enterprise customers during implementation or onboarding, including scoping what a customer actually needs versus what they initially ask for
- Experience running or closely supporting UAT cycles, including the ability to triage and prioritize customer-reported issues under a deadline
- A genuine interest in doing customer-facing work, not just writing code and handing it off. You will be in calls, not just in tickets




- The ability to work independently on ambiguous problems. You will often be the first person at the company to solve a given customer's specific configuration
- Experience with identity federation and SSO setup, particularly Keycloak or a similar provider
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including the tradeoffs between shared and dedicated database models
- Prior experience in a regulated industry such as BFSI, or with data privacy and compliance products specifically
