- Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Management (Content Server), including installation, configuration, upgrades, and administration
- Experience with OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), including business workspaces, workspace templates, and integration with business applications such as SAP, Salesforce, or SuccessFactors
- Robust understanding of permissions, categories and attributes, metadata models, and records management (retention schedules, classifications, and holds)
- Experience with WebReports, LiveReports, and Workflow design for automating business processes
- Knowledge of OpenText integration options, including REST APIs, OScript, or Content Server SDK
- Experience with document migration from legacy systems or file shares into OpenText
