Role Description: The Immigration Counsellor role is a full time, on-site position based in NSP, Pitampura.

The Immigration

Counsellor will guide clients through visa and immigration processes, including assessing eligibility, explaining program options, and outlining documentation requirements for various destinations.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of applications. The role involves staying current with immigration policies, preparing and reviewing forms and supporting documents, and providing regular updates to clients on application status.

Counsellor will also support business development by responding to inquiries, participating in client outreach, and promoting the company’s services in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Strong client advisory and counselling skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling forms, records, and supporting materials.
- Ability to research and interpret immigration regulations, policies, and program requirements across multiple countries.
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools to manage client information and track application progress.
- Customer service mindset, with patience, empathy, and the ability to manage expectations and handle sensitive situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or certification in immigration, law, or international studies is a plus.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, visa processing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to work on-site in Saraswati Vihar, collaborating with team members and meeting clients face-to-face.
