Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. We are recognized as the world’s largest and most preeminent iCRO in oncology.

The Imaging Scientist is primarily responsible to serve as the subject matter expert (SME) to provide imaging technical support for internal and external staff for all studies. This support includes Clinical Trial Imaging Specialist staff onboarding, continuing education of staff, site trainings, departmental process improvement initiatives, audit support, and departmental liaison for all imaging technical aspects. Additionally they are also responsible to work on document templates, draft study documents in collaboration with MSA and Physician Consultants.

IMAGING SCIENTIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

- SME for imaging technical aspects on all studies for internal staff, clinical sites, and imaging center support
- Develop and provide departmental training materials for onboarding, periodic staff quality control and continued educations
- Develop study related training materials including Data Transmittal Form,



Imaging Manual, Site Training slides, Image QC Checklists, Case Assignment Study Specific Procedure (SSP) and other supplemental documents as required for all studies
- Technical training of imaging site personnel (on-site, telecon or recording)
- Review of imaging site questionnaires development and approval support
- Collaborate with project internal teams to support sponsor specified project scope of work as required, including participation in internal and external Kick off Meetings
- Provide input to the Query Handling Guidelines section in the Project Management Plans (PMP).
- Support and perform all duties as assigned to Clinical Trial Imaging Specialist for all studies, as required for time sensitive activities.
- Audit support and presentation development
- Other duties as assigned by manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree in a science or health related field and Certified/ Registered Technologist with advanced modality experience in CT, MRI or Nuclear Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical imaging
- Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical trials industry preferred
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance/Compliance in clinical trials setting is preferred
- Knowledge of imaging trial documents strongly preferred, i.e. Image Review Charter, Imaging Manual, Data Transmittal Forms, etc.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications
- Superior attention to detail, particularly in written documentation

- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
