Role: Team Handling & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales & Estimation Manager to lead our Sales & Estimation team and drive HVAC project business from enquiry generation to order closure.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and mentor the Sales & Estimation team to achieve business targets.
- Handle end-to-end HVAC project sales, estimation and business development.
- Review and approve BOQs, costing, estimates, technical & commercial quotations.
- Drive enquiries, client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups and order closures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase HVAC project sales.
- Ensure accurate and competitive estimation while maintaining required project margins.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement and Execution teams for smooth project handover.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline,



enquiry-to-order conversion and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide guidance to team members on technical and commercial aspects.
- Support management in pricing strategy, negotiations and major project closures.

? Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Sales & Estimation.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chilled Water and HVAC systems.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, estimation, costing, tendering and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent client handling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in project-based HVAC sales will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and business development capabilities.
