Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and responsible HVAC Site Engineer to manage and supervise HVAC installation and execution activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HVAC work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HVAC installation and site execution activities.
- Ensure installation of VRF/VRV, DX, AHU, Chiller, FCU, ducting, piping, ventilation and related HVAC systems as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, schematics and BOQs.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors and other site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for site execution.
- Ensure proper installation of ducting, chilled-water/refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, equipment and ventilation systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with required quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues and coordinate with the design/project team when required.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, material requirements and site documentation.




- Coordinate with clients and consultants during inspections and resolve site observations.
- Check material delivery and ensure materials are available as per project requirements.
- Assist in testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and secure working practices at the project site.
- Handle multiple site activities and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC site execution/project work.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC installation and site execution.
- Good understanding of ducting, piping, insulation, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, DX and ventilation systems.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and BOQs.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Pune and nearby locations.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently at project sites.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial or large-scale HVAC projects will be preferred. What We Offer
