Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Trivara Logistics will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the Surat office. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating with leadership to define staffing needs, managing hiring processes, and supporting workforce planning aligned with business goals.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, maintain compliance with relevant labor regulations, and ensure accurate HR documentation and reporting. The role also includes designing training and development initiatives, leading engagement and retention programs, resolving workplace issues, and supporting a positive, inclusive culture.



The manager will act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR best practices and organizational development.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to manage end-to-end hiring and staffing needs.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution to support a healthy workplace environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and HR documentation practices within the Indian regulatory context.
- Ability to design and facilitate training, development, and engagement initiatives that enhance employee growth and retention.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools (HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office) to manage HR operations efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations-focused environment is beneficial.
