WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ?

? TALENT ACQUISITION

→ Source candidates through LinkedIn & job portals

→ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

→ Conduct initial candidate calls

→ Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

→ Maintain recruitment trackers

→ Assist with Job Descriptions and job postings

? ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE OPERATIONS

→ Coordinate new employee onboarding

→ Collect and verify employee documents

→ Maintain employee records and HR databases

→ Support employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination

→ Assist with exit & offboarding formalities

? PAYROLL & ATTENDANCE

→ Coordinate monthly payroll activities

→ Validate attendance, leave and employee data before payroll processing

→ Check salary inputs and identify discrepancies

→ Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor for required updates

→ Maintain accurate payroll-related records

? HR OPERATIONS

→ Maintain HR trackers, reports and MIS

→ Support HR policies and documentation

→ Assist with HRMS / ATS-related activities

→ Help improve and organize internal HR processes

→ Handle HR data with confidentiality and attention to detail

? PEOPLE & CULTURE





→ Help plan employee engagement activities

→ Support internal communication initiatives

→ Coordinate with teams for employee-related activities

→ Bring fresh ideas to improve employee experience

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You might be our person if you:

- Are pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA / HR / Psychology or a related degree
- Actually enjoy talking to people
- Have robust communication skills
- Are organized and detail-oriented
- Can handle multiple things without panicking
- Know your way around Excel / Google Sheets
- Are comfortable using LinkedIn
- Are curious about Recruitment + HR Operations
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Want to learn how HR works in a growing company
