Role Description The HVAC and Cleanroom Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for supervising the execution of HVAC and cleanroom projects, including installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of systems in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor coordinates daily site activities, manages technician and contractor teams, reviews drawings and project plans, and ensures adherence to safety procedures and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines,



identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting preventive maintenance planning, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role also involves direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to provide status updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, workload planning, and in office leadership.
- Candidates should possess practical HVAC skills, with experience in installation, commissioning, and operation of air handling units, ducting, and related systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure reliable system performance.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and support post-installation queries.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in HVAC and cleanroom projects.
- Knowledge of cleanroom standards (such as ISO 14644) and relevant industry guidelines is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and equipment manuals.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
