Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities in an on-site role based in Kolkata.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation activities. The intern will help with documentation related to HR policies, employee advantages, and personnel management,



as well as contribute to organizing training programs and employee engagement initiatives. This internship role also involves preparing basic HR reports, handling routine queries under supervision, and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to learn HR software quickly.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
