We are looking for an HR Intern to work closely with the HR team at Sonalika Social Development Society (SSDS) and support day-to-day HRBP activities.

This role is designed for someone who wants exposure beyond routine HR administration. The intern will work closely with the HRBP as an HR co-pilot, supporting recruitment, HR operations, workforce data, employee coordination and management-related HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and documentation.
- Assist with campus hiring and institutional outreach for various SSDS requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, manpower data, employee records and HR MIS.
- Support HR operations, including attendance, joining documentation, employee lifecycle activities and HRMS-related coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, management updates, presentations and approval notes.
- Work on HR analytics, workforce information and basic compensation/manpower cost analysis.
- Coordinate with employees, functional heads and other stakeholders for ongoing HR requirements.
- Support policy implementation and documentation across SSDS locations.




- Track pending HR actions and help ensure timely closure of recruitment and operational activities.
- Participate in other HRBP and strategic HR projects based on business requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources – pursuing or recently completed.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data, trackers and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership, rather than waiting for tasks to be assigned.
