Role Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Finance Trainee to support day-to-day HR, finance, and administrative activities. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and build a career in HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR and finance administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Maintain invoices, expenses, bills, and finance-related records.




- Assist with data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and regular MIS reports.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and digital documents.
- Support payroll-related data collection and verification.
- Handle confidential HR and financial information responsibly.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BBM, MBA (HR/Finance), or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
- Positive knowledge of HR and finance processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of accounting/HR software or ERP systems will be an advantage.
