We’re not looking for someone to just “assist HR.” We’re looking for someone who wants to help build the people function of a startup from the ground up.

Securelytix is an early-stage technology startup operating at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, data privacy and enterprise infrastructure. We’re building a high-performance team and the processes that will help us scale.

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, get involved across hiring and people operations, and have the opportunity to take ownership of real projects. In a startup, things move fast, priorities evolve, and there’s no rigid playbook — so we’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, resourceful and excited to build.

What You’ll Do

Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing

Identify and engage potential candidates across different platforms

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Support onboarding and employee documentation

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist with attendance, payroll inputs and day-to-day HR operations

Help build and improve HR processes, policies and documentation





Support employee engagement and team initiatives

Work directly with founders and leadership on people-related projects

Take ownership of additional HR initiatives as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

MBA/PGDM in HR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do

Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup setting

Willingness to learn and take ownership

Good working knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office

Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome
