Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time remote position supporting the HR and recruitment operations at Next Step HR. The intern will assist with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases and records. Day-to-day tasks include helping with HR documentation, supporting onboarding activities,



and contributing to HR policy communication and employee information management.

The intern will also learn and support tasks related to personnel management, employee benefits administration, and coordination between candidates, recruiters, and client organizations. This role offers hands-on experience in modern HR practices, recruitment processes, and career advisory services.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and basic HR Management concepts.
- Understanding of HR Policies and their application within an organization.
- Awareness of Employee Advantages and introductory exposure to Personnel Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort using HR or recruitment-related tools and platforms.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in recruitment, talent management, and career development; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
