Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The Human Resources

Manager will design and implement HR policies and procedures, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on organizational development, managing HR documentation and HRIS data, coordinating training and development initiatives, and driving employee engagement activities.



The role also involves handling compensation and advantages processes, supporting conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with One Network’s business objectives.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation management.
- Candidates should possess skills in training coordination, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in IT or technology services, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
