Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at HPIPL is a remote, contract position supporting day-to-day HR operations and projects. The intern will assist with maintaining employee records, helping implement HR policies, and supporting personnel management activities such as onboarding, documentation, and basic employee queries.

Responsibilities include coordinating communication related to employee benefits, assisting in drafting HR documents, and helping with data entry and HR reporting.



The intern may also support recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and help organize virtual training or engagement initiatives. This role offers exposure to core HR processes in a growing infrastructure and technology-focused organization.

Qualifications

- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in developing HR Management skills.
- Ability to support the development and implementation of HR Policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and willingness to assist in benefits-related communication and documentation.
- Interest in Personnel Management, including employee records, onboarding support, and coordination of HR activities.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information.
- Comfort with remote work, proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email), and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
