Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and documentation.

Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting personnel and attendance management, and assisting in administering employee benefits and engagement initiatives.



The role also involves preparing basic HR reports, coordinating with different departments, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee data handling.
- Robust communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and pay attention to detail.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with HR software or databases is an advantage.
