We're hiring an HR Intern - GOODSHOT, Delhi NCR (hybrid).
- ₹4,000/month stipend
- 3-month internship
- Hybrid - in office 2–3 times a month
- A real shot at extending this or going full-time, if you're sharp and dependable
What you'll actually do:
- Source and screen candidates for open roles across the team
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the team
- Run onboarding for new hires - access, intros, making day one feel organised
- Help keep team records and our policies up to date
- Support day-to-day coordination across the team
What we need from you:
- Organised - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Comfortable talking to people, not just processing paperwork
- Discreet and trustworthy - you'll be handling people's personal information
- Genuinely curious about how a small, rapid-moving team actually runs
