Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks across various HR functions. This internship role is on-site and based in Gandhinagar, providing hands-on exposure to HR operations in a dynamic mining organization.

Responsibilities may include assisting with employee onboarding documentation, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating basic HR processes. The intern will help in drafting and updating HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, and assisting with data entry and reporting. The role may also involve scheduling interviews, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with different departments under the guidance of HR professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.




- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Perks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills are beneficial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with HR-related software is beneficial.
