Role Description The Human Resources Intern at GrowEasy will support day-to-day HR activities and assist in maintaining smooth personnel processes. This internship role is on-site and based in Noida.

Responsibilities include helping with employee data management, assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, supporting onboarding and orientation activities, and coordinating basic employee benefits documentation. The intern will also help in organizing HR records, responding to routine employee queries,



and supporting HR management in administrative tasks and small projects. This role offers exposure to practical HR operations and the prospect to learn directly from HR professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
