Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing,

screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment

process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and

hiring reports.
- Support the HR team in meeting recruitment timelines and maintaining a positive

candidate experience.
- Support employee onboarding activities, including documentation and

coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR

documentation.
- Provide support on day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal HR activities.
- Support the HR team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives across various HR

functions.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy while handling employee and

candidate information. Skills & Requirements

- Strong interest in Recruitment and HR functions




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR processes (added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or having completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition will

be an added advantage.
