Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment for grey-collar/Non-Corporate employees, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and following up with candidates.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new NCE employees.
- Collect and maintain employee documents and joining details.
- Ensure employee records are updated and properly maintained.
- Support PF, ESIC, and other compliance-related activities for NCE employees.
- Ensure all required employee documents are collected and verified on the date of onboarding.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and new process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Work comfortably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and eager to learn recent tools.
