About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR Generalist to independently manage the complete HR function for our Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage daily attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and HRMS/attendance systems.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, and employee queries.
- Coordinate with accounts for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other statutory requirements.
- Implement and communicate company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Conduct probation reviews, confirmation processes, and performance appraisal coordination.
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Manage employee resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS,
manpower reports, attendance reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Work closely with management and team heads to resolve HR-related matters.
- Take complete ownership of HR operations for the Pune location.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / HRMS.
- Robust documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary situations professionally.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in a technology, engineering, manufacturing, robotics, automation, or R&D; organization will be preferred.
