Bhuvaneswari Tex is looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Manager in garment manufacturing to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, employee welfare, and labour-related requirements across our garment manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
- Handle audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Manage employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR & Compliance within garment manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, factory compliance, and HR practices.
- Experience handling social compliance audits and buyer compliance requirements will be preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
