Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Vadodara. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for various internal roles. The position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding processes, assist with HR documentation, and contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding.



Regular interaction with candidates and team members, along with timely reporting on recruitment metrics, will be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Positive organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple open roles and meeting deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with HR systems or applicant tracking tools, and comfort working with spreadsheets and online platforms.
- Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance with relevant employment guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the matchmaking, services, or customer-focused industries is an advantage.
