Role Description The HR Manager at We Connect will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for on-site staff in Hyderabad. This full-time role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with local employment regulations, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, manage HR documentation, and coordinate training and development initiatives.

In collaboration with leadership,



the HR Manager will support workforce planning, contribute to organizational development, and ensure HR practices align with the company’s strateg ic goals.Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, with knowledge of applicable labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in training, coaching, and supporting employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, record keeping, and use of HR software or HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in a fast-paced event management environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in events, media, or service-oriented industries.
