We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to manage people, processes and day-to-day operational activities while ensuring a productive and well-structured work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Handle performance management and employee concerns.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and requirements.
- Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and HR regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
- Build a positive, accountable and performance-driven work culture.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in HR and/or Operations.




- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee management.
- Experience in recruitment and team coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing HR operations in a growing organisation is preferred.
