Role Description The Housekeeping Attendant is a full time, on-site role based at our property in Giridih. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to established brand standards. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable.

The role also involves handling laundry items, reporting maintenance issues, following safety and sanitation procedures, and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

The Housekeeping

Attendant works closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to support smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organization skills and attention to detail to maintain clean, orderly, and well-presented guest areas.




- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess basic laundry handling skills, including sorting, cleaning, and proper care of linens and guest items.
- Candidates should possess the ability to follow training and standard operating procedures, including safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods as part of daily duties.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest service.
