Role Description The Housekeeping Executive role at KIMS Hospitals, Thane is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations within the hospital premises. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas, and monitoring adherence to infection control and safety protocols. The role involves coordinating laundry services, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintaining housekeeping schedules.

Qualifications

- Strong organization skills and ability to manage housekeeping operations, schedules, and inventories.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff in a qualified manner.
- Experience in laundry management, including handling hospital linens and ensuring proper washing and sterilization processes.
- Ability to train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, infection control, and safety procedures.
