? Hiring: vCISO / ISO 27001, SOC 2 & Vanta Consultant

? Location: Mumbai (Remote)

? Start Date: On or before 16 October 2026

⏳ Duration: 3 months, extendable based on client requirement

?️ Engagement: 2 days per week

? Budget: ₹10,000 per day

? Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time

Key Responsibilities

? ISO 27001:

- Lead ISO 27001 implementation and audit readiness.
- Review current ISO 27001 preparedness and identify gaps in controls, policies and procedures.
- Configure Vanta for the ISO 27001 framework.
- Prepare a time-bound ISO readiness plan and track progress.
- Coordinate with respective teams for gap closure.• Provide guidance on control implementation.
- Conduct ISMS training sessions.
- Act as the company SPOC during the external ISO 27001 audit.
- Support responses to customer security questionnaires, up to 2 per month.

? SOC 2:
- Prepare weekly/monthly compliance activity plans.
- Assess control effectiveness as per the defined frequency and applicable SOC 2 requirements.




- Coordinate with teams for gap closure and control implementation.
- Review and update information security policies, procedures and other mandatory documents annually.
- Conduct ISMS awareness training sessions.
- Ensure organizational readiness for compliance audits.
- Provide guidance on GRC training and tools.
